Abstract
With the changes brought about by globalization in the business context, companies today have recognized the importance of well-being at work as a crucial element in promoting employees' quality of life. The general objective of this study was to analyze how quality of life at work programs can contribute to employee well-being, as well as to describe the concepts of well-being and quality of life at work, analyze the relationship between work and the individual's subjectivity and identify the main programs that companies and institutions make available to their employees. The method used was an integrative literature review, which analyzed 10 studies published between 2013 and 2023, collected from scientific databases; collected in the scientific databases of Google Scholar and BVS. Some of the strategies identified were physical activities, conversation circles, self-care actions, mental health promotion, etc. The results showed that the implementation of QWL programs favors well-being within the occupational environment, thus promoting health and more pleasant and meaningful work experiences.
